Young Rich Flavor Online Clothing Store Return Policy
We want you to love your new purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy below to understand how we can assist you with your return or exchange.
1 – Eligibility for Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Underwear, swimwear, or any intimate apparel (unless defective)
2 – Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our website and log into your account. (Must open an account for returns)
- Go to the “Orders” section and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories.
- Attach the return label and ship the items to the address provided.

3 – Return Shipping Costs
- Free returns: For returns initiated within the first 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping fee: If you return the item(s) after 14 days but within the 30-day window, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4 – Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a NEW order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges currently.
5 – Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
6 – International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The same return eligibility applies, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items to us.
7 – Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
